1. 通電後完全無反應、不開機、燈不亮？
1. No response after power on, won't start, lights off?
多為電源保險絲燒斷、電源線鬆脫、插座接觸不良或主板故障。檢查家中電源、插座及電源線；保險絲燒斷或主板損壞需更換零件。
Usually caused by a blown fuse, loose power cord, poor socket contact, or mainboard failure. Check the power supply, socket, and power cord. Replace damaged parts.
2. 燈亮但風輪不轉、電機無反應？
2. Lights on but fan not working, motor no response?
風輪被油污卡阻、啟動電容損壞或電機燒毀。先清理風輪油污；電容或電機故障需專業更換。
The fan wheel is blocked by grease, faulty capacitor or burned motor. Clean the fan first; replace capacitor or motor if faulty.
3. 吸力弱、抽油效果差、油煙排不乾淨？
3. Weak suction, poor extraction, smoke not removed?
濾網積油堵塞、安裝高度過高、排風管過長/彎曲過多或止回閥卡滯。定期清洗濾網；調低安裝高度、整理排風管或修復止回閥。
Clogged filter, improper height, long/bent duct or stuck check valve. Clean filter regularly; adjust height and ducts.
4. 運轉噪音大、異響、震動明顯？
4. Loud noise, abnormal sound, obvious vibration?
風輪積油失衡、電機軸承磨損、機體安裝鬆動或風葉變形。清理風輪油污、緊固機體；軸承或風葉損壞需更換。
Unbalanced fan, worn bearing, loose installation or deformed blade. Clean fan and tighten unit; replace damaged parts.
5. 按鍵失靈、觸控無反應、燈號異常？
5. Buttons not working, touch unresponsive, abnormal lights?
觸控面板受潮、按鍵老化或控制板排線鬆動。吹乾面板潮氣、重插排線；面板損壞需更換。
Moisture on touch panel, worn buttons or loose cable. Dry panel and reconnect cables; replace panel if damaged.
6. 漏油、機身滲油、油杯外溢？
6. Oil leakage, body seepage, oil cup overflow?
濾網安裝不到位、排風管密封不良、止回閥漏氣或機體傾斜。重新安裝濾網、密封管路；調平機體或更換止回閥。
Improper filter, poor duct seal, valve leakage or unbalanced unit. Reinstall filter, seal ducts, level unit.
7. 某風速檔失效、只有單一速度運轉？
7. Speed settings failed, only single speed working?
風速開關故障、檔位電路接觸不良或控制板損壞。檢查開關與線路；更換故障開關或控制板。
Faulty speed switch, poor contact or damaged control board. Check switch and wiring; replace faulty parts.
8. 自動清洗功能失效、不噴水/不轉動？
8. Auto clean function failed, no water spray/no rotation?
清洗水泵堵塞、水管鬆脫、噴嘴油污堵塞或控制模塊故障。疏通水泵與噴嘴、重插水管；模塊損壞需更換。
Clogged pump, loose pipe, blocked nozzle or faulty control module. Clean pump/nozzle and reconnect pipe.

電磁爐通電無反應、不開機？
No response after power on, won't start?
多為電源保險絲燒斷、電源板變壓器損壞、插座接觸不良，檢查供電更換電源板即可修復。
Usually caused by blown fuse, faulty power board or poor socket contact. Check power and replace power board.
開機顯示故障代碼、閃燈報警？
Error code display, flashing alarm?
多是溫度傳感器異常、線圈盤溫度過高、散熱風扇卡死，更換熱敏電阻清理風道就能解決。
Abnormal temperature sensor, overheating coil, stuck fan. Replace thermistor and clean vents.
加熱斷斷續續、一熱一停？
Intermittent heating?
散熱不良、風扇轉速不足、面板過熱保護啟動，清理油污灰塵更換散熱風扇恢復正常。
Poor cooling, insufficient fan speed, overheat protection. Clean dirt and replace cooling fan.

開水龍頭無熱水、完全不加熱
No hot water, not heating at all
加熱管燒毀、溫控器斷路、高溫安全保險跳斷，更換發熱管與復位溫控即可修復。
Burned heating element, faulty thermostat, high temp safety cut-off. Replace element and reset thermostat.
出水溫度忽冷忽熱不穩定
Unstable water temperature
水流量感應器靈敏度下降、進水壓力不均、恆溫主板失靈，清洗水流開關或調節水壓。
Faulty flow sensor, uneven water pressure, faulty mainboard. Clean flow switch or adjust water pressure.

German Pool Steam Oven - 6 Common Issues
1. 蒸焗爐完全無蒸氣、出氣緩慢？
1. No steam, slow steam output?
內部水垢堵塞蒸氣喉管、水泵故障或水箱未到位。水垢輕微可用檸檬酸/白醋清洗；嚴重需疏通喉管或更換水泵、水箱感應器。
Limescale clogging steam pipe, faulty water pump or improperly inserted water tank. Clean with citric acid/vinegar.
2. 開機顯示 E1/E3 故障代碼、高溫報警？
2. E1/E3 error code, overheating alarm?
爐腔/蒸發盤溫度過高、溫度傳感器短路或散熱不良。清理风道、檢查傳感器線路，損壞需更換熱敏電阻。
Oven overheating, temperature sensor short circuit or poor ventilation. Clean air duct and check sensor wiring.
